Who hosts my website, and how fast is it?
We do. Hosting is included in every package and runs on a fast, secure global network with SSL (the padlock) set up for you. You never have to buy, configure, or think about hosting — it just works, and it is part of your one yearly price.
Do I own my domain name?
Yes. Your domain is registered for your business and it is yours. If you ever decide to move on, we will help you transfer the domain to you — no hostage situations, no hidden fees.
What exactly happens at renewal?
Your package is prepaid for one year. Before the year is up we send a reminder, and your renewal keeps your site online with hosting, your domain, business email, SSL, and security updates. Renewal prices are listed right on each package so there are no surprises.
What if I want to leave?
You are never locked in. You own your domain and your content. If you choose not to renew, we will hand over your domain and a copy of your site files so you can take them elsewhere. We would rather earn your renewal than trap you.
How does payment work?
You pay the first-year package price up front, which covers the build plus a full year of hosting, domain, and email. Add-ons are billed once at the start. Renewals are billed yearly. We accept e-transfer and major cards; everything is in Canadian dollars.
How long does it take to go live?
Most sites are ready to review within a few days of receiving your content, and live shortly after your approval. Larger stores take a little longer. We will give you a clear timeline after your intake.
Can I update the site myself later?
Absolutely. Tell us how hands-on you want to be. We can hand you a simple editor for day-to-day changes, or you can add a Care & Maintenance plan and we will handle updates for you.
What do you need from me to start?
Just the basics about your business — what you do, a few photos or your logo if you have them, and the pages or products you want. No tech knowledge required. If you do not have content ready, we will guide you through it.
