These terms govern your use of www.yaadwebstudio.com (the “Site”), operated by Yaad Web Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Using the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes — to learn about our work and inquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to harm others.

Our content and intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by Yaad Web Studio or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission. Client names and screenshots are displayed with permission to showcase our work.

Services, quotes, and pricing

The Site describes our packages, services, and starting prices for general information only. Package contents, availability, and prices may change, and the final price for any project is set in a written quote or service agreement. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer — a project begins only under a separate agreement between us and you.

Free mockups

Any free mockup or concept we provide is for evaluation only, carries no obligation, and remains our property unless and until you engage us for a project.

Payments, renewals, and refunds

• First-year packages cover the build plus one year of hosting, domain, and business email, and are paid as a 20% deposit to begin, with the 80% balance due on completion before the site goes live.
• Packages renew annually. We send a reminder before each renewal; renewal pricing is shown on our packages page.
• Recurring services (such as SEO or social media management) are billed monthly and may be cancelled with the notice set out in your service agreement.
• Because work and third-party costs (such as domains) begin promptly, fees for completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable. Specific refund and cancellation terms are set out in your service agreement.

No guarantee of results

The Site and our information are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — such as search rankings, traffic, or sales — which depend on many factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yaad Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site is limited to CAD $100. (Your separate service agreement governs liability for projects we build for you.)

Third-party links

The Site links to external websites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, products, or practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ontario.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them.
